This is a continuation of the series on the basic keys to unlock answered prayers.
Click here to read if you missed key one and do well to Stay with me on this journey as the Holy Spirit enlightens you through me to getting answers to your long awaited prayers.

Key two
2. Don’t pray your words, pray the Word of God.

Isaiah 43:26 MSG

“So, make your case against me. Let’s have this out. Make your arguments. Prove you’re in the right”.

You are in the court room already! And you’ve got to prove you’re right, with God as the Judge!
God states in the above scripture that we should make our case against Him but where can be find substantial evidence to support our case?

Well we just have to hold Him on His words, these words are found in the bible ( word of God) and that’s God’s will, promises and many others relating to Him and everything else…

Wondering what’s gonna give you much confidence in the court room? The proof you have, which is the very Word of God!
You see, God holds His word even above himself (Psalm 138:2), meaning there is no escaping if we hold Him on His word in presenting our case. God can never ever deny His word because He is Holy!

So to get answers to your prayers you must pray according to God’s word, but you cannot pray His word if you know not The Word(Jesus).

Now get into the word and locate by the Help of the Holy Spirit, what is written in the word concerning situations in your life where change is desired.

Wait a second, there is one thing to note, you don’t cry in court if you want to win a case, you must confidently argue your case out because that is what is required of you to prove your innocence.

Now stop crying and argue your victory from the Word, don’t go begging, bring facts from the word and the Judge (God) will rule in your favor!

Remember He is just and merciful.

It is my prayer that you don’t just read this but practice to see results.

1. Thank God for the gift of life and this word.

2. Ask for forgiveness of Sin.

3. Ask God to open your eyes even as you search His word to find His will for your life but if you’ve already located them, pray by those words!

4. Thank Him again for hearing you in Jesus name, Amen.
