Today’s fragrance: keeping your ways pure.

Today’s fragrance by Papberry

Topic: keeping your ways pure

Scripture: psalm 119:9-11

Purity is such a big deal in our spiritual life. But one would ask how do I remain pure in such a perversed world…

My dear friend, purity is possible.

Remember that because you are a believer living in this world you are not of it?

Psalms 119:9-11

“How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you”.

The word of God is our water for spiritual cleansing.
It’s amazing how It washes the soul, mind and heart even without us realizing…

The word purifies our actions and attitudes thereby keeping us steady on the right path.

We need to constantly make sure that we are in the word before we approach God, also the world to draw it closer to God.
This is paramount else we would go with our ideas and attitudes and that will impede the will of God for us that particular time.

By seeking God with all our hearts his word gets deeply rooted in us thereby restraining us from behaving worldly and consequently maintaining our standards before Him and men.

So In effect, the best way to stay pure is by guarding your ways with the word of God.

Blessings…
