Today’s Fragrance : Waver Not

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” Romans 4:18
Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. Romans 4:20
Yesterday by the grace of God we touched on HOPE – a powerful tool in our Christian walk. The message informed us to keep on believing and that hope is never lost even when situations remain unchanged.

The truth is that there is a high tendency for one to waver in his or her unseen hope because to keep on believing in something which you’re not seeing is a difficult thing to do humanly speaking.
More so when Oppositions begin to rise from all angles and critics hit you day in day out. But your respond to all these daily hustle, is the determining factor as to whether you lose hope or hold on tight. But we are encouraged! Our Father Abraham is one we can look to always for his outstanding belief and attitude with regards to the promise of God. Scripture explicitly says ‘…against all hopes…’
This means we are not the only ones to have been faced with challenges but also our father Abraham was faced with diverse situations that sought to draw life out of his hope yet he didn’t allow it.
Let that be your story amidst all the uncertainties. Stick to the promise of God, fix your thoughts on what scripture says and make time to pray also.
Receive Strength not to waver in your Hope today and forever! And be strengthened always giving glory to God, being fully persuaded that God has power to do what he has promised. Hallelujah!
